A few words about us...

We are a Year 5 and 6 class at Bairds Mainfreight Primary School. We love all kinds of sports, especially rugby, softball and cricket. We love to learn and have fun at the same time! In our class we have Maori, Cook Island, Samoan and Tongan children.

Working hard on Unfolding Stories

This is room 9 working hard on our unfolding stories. Our unfolding stories are about past events from our lives, like easter holiday. We had to choose the things that we remember like when you were five and how you started school. It is really cool because it takes you back to the olden days. DARE is the best activity because we can learn about drugs and alcohol and what does it do to your body. You can die if you take drugs.  The people who copy those who make really bad choices about taking drugs and alcohol might have a crash or get taken to jail. So make a good choice in your life and make is safe and sound. If someone tells me to do something, I'll say, "I won't do the same thing as you!"
